The Mighty Oaks Approach

"The Mighty Oaks curriculum makes learning fun—my child is excited every day!” — Antonia, PN Class

School-Based Curriculum

Theme with Spiral learning Objectives

Our curriculum is written by early childhood experts to meet the specific needs of Mighty Oaks students. It is integrated, engaging, and child-centred, designed to promote character development while making learning fun and meaningful.

Moral Education: The Nine “Fruit of the Spirit”

At the heart of our curriculum is a strong foundation in character education. We intentionally teach the nine Fruit of the Spirit — love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control — through everyday activities, helping children grow into caring and responsible individuals.

Social-Emotional Learning

We implement the award-winning PATHS® programme, an evidence-based curriculum that builds children’s abilities to recognise and manage their feelings, solve problems, and form healthy relationships. This enhances their emotional intelligence and resilience, especially during life’s challenges.

Language and Literacy

Through daily exposure to English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, children build strong foundations in vocabulary, phonics, and social communication. Our immersive approach nurtures trilingual communicators who are confident, expressive, and culturally aware.

Community Engagement

We believe learning extends beyond the classroom. Through partnerships with families and the local community, children develop a strong sense of belonging, empathy, and social responsibility. Activities include charity projects, family workshops, and community visits.

Every month, we focus on one moral value through school-wide, family, and community-based activities – helping children grow into oaks of righteousness.
